English Teacher - Ambitious Secondary School in Nottingham

Salary: MPS/UPS, dependent on experience

Your Role:
• Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire students to read widely, think critically, and communicate with confidence
• Contribute to enrichment activities such as debating, drama, or writing competitions
• Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and refine teaching practice
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Hold a degree in English or a related subject and be working towards or hold QTS
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching
• Be able to engage, challenge, and support students of all abilities
• Be committed to contributing positively to the wider life and ethos of the school
