Location: Nottingham City Centre
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £23,000 (with Growth Opportunities)

- Manage candidate pipelines (application → onboarding)
- Schedule & confirm interviews/appointments
- Keep recruitment trackers up-to-date & accurate
- Support the team with daily operations
- Help shape the candidate experience

- A natural organiser with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator – phone, email, face-to-face
- Tech-savvy & proactive (Can create valuable content for social media)
- Ambitious, solution-focused, and eager to grow
