Your new role

Delivering full pre‑ and post‑contract cost management services
Preparing cost plans, estimates, BOQs and tender documentation
Managing procurement processes and advising clients throughout
Leading on valuations, variations and cost reporting
Working closely with clients, design teams and contractors
Supporting junior team members and contributing to team developmentWhat you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced QS that aspires to work for a midlands leading consultancy. You will be happy to manage your own workload, and grow with the business. This client are happy to look at contractor backgrounds. However, pre contract work is favoured.
