Full Time Experienced Care Workers - Nottingham Area Only
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full time Care Worker to join our team. Must already be living in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in their home. This role is in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients, promoting their independence while delivering high-quality patient care.
Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
Support behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions and emotional well-being.
Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to nursing staff or supervisors.
Engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life and prevent isolation.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans.
Requirements Previous experience in domiciliary care is essential.
Knowledge of patient care techniques and best practices in senior care.
Familiarity with behaviour management approaches is advantageous.
Ability to prepare nutritious meals catering to dietary needs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
