We are seeking an experienced practice nurse to join our healthcare team in Nottingham. In this role, you will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of services, including chronic disease management, health promotion, and immunizations.

2. Experience working as a Practice Nurse

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in chronic disease management and/or health promotion preferred

Experience of a Practice Nurse:

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Practice Nurse
Experience in a primary care setting preferred
