Temporary Customer Service Advisor
A new opportunity has arisen for a customer service advisor to join this fashion retailer on a temporary basis. The company is a well-established business specialised in producing high-quality apparel. You will be responsible for managing customer service enquiries over the phone and e-mail, sharing customer feedback with senior management and any ad-hoc admin tasks that are needed for the team. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar customer service role, excellent customer service skills and be proactive and enthusiastic. Prior experience using Zendesk would also be advantageous. As a temp, you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to join a pension scheme.
