Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, customer focused Sales Executive to join our client's growing team based in Nottingham. Our client is a well established market leader in the food industry and you will be joining a dynamic, stable team of driven sales and customer service professionals. The Sales Executive position is a phone based role where you'll build and nurture strong, lasting relationships, identify sales opportunities and consistently work towards targets.

Sales Executive-Benefits

Sales Executive - The Role

• Managing customer orders over the phone and acting as a trusted product advisor
• Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities during customer conversations
• Supporting customers with product knowledge and digital ordering platforms
• Analysing buying patterns to drive effective sales conversations
• Handling customer queries and objections professionally
• Working towards individual and team sales targets

Sales Executive - The Candidate

• Previous experience in a sales or customer facing role
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to upselling
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn product knowledge
