Customer Service Advisor
A new opportunity has arisen for a customer service advisor to join this fashion retailer's team. The company is a well-established business specialised in producing high-quality apparel. You will be responsible for managing customer service enquiries over the phone and e-mail, sharing customer feedback with senior management and any ad-hoc admin tasks that are needed for the team. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar customer service role, excellent customer service skills and be proactive and enthusiastic. Prior experience using Zendesk would also be advantageous. In return, you will receive a generous benefits package including staff discount and clothing allowance.
