Exams & Data Officer - Nottingham - January 2026
A large, high-achieving secondary school in Nottinghamshire is recruiting a meticulous and confident Exams & Data Officer to lead its examinations process from January 2026 .
The Role
You’ll take full responsibility for the planning, organisation and administration of internal and external exams. Duties include:
- Liaising with exam boards, SLT and heads of department
- Creating exam timetables and seating plans
- Managing entries, access arrangements and candidate information
- Training and coordinating invigilators
- Ensuring the secure storage and handling of all papers
- Producing accurate data reports for results analysis
The school has a strong academic record, and you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient exam season.

You Bring
- Experience in school exams or data administration (desired)
- Excellent organisation and accuracy
- Confidence managing deadlines and high-pressure periods
