About the Role
The Admissions Assistant will provide administrative support for student admissions, liaising with prospective families, managing applications, and maintaining accurate records. You will help ensure a smooth and welcoming admissions experience for students and parents.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing student applications and enquiries
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date admissions records
• Liaising with prospective families, staff, and external agencies
• Preparing correspondence and admissions documentation
• Supporting open days, tours, and school events
• Assisting with reporting and data management as required

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or school admissions desirable
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with IT systems, including Microsoft Office
