Vehicle Damage Assessor
Ensure correct repair methods and pricing structures are followed
Manage workflow in line with company and customer targets
Use computerised estimating systems
Liaise with insurers, accident management companies, and customers
Provide updates and ensure excellent customer service throughout
What we’re looking for Experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex)
ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and as part of a team
What’s on offer Salary £40,000 plus group bonus
