HVAC Project Manager

Recruit4staff are representing a leading mechanical building services business in their search for a HVAC Project Manager to work in Nottingham

Job Details:

* Pay: Up to £60,000 per annum (Salary commensurate with experience and capabilities)
* Hours of Work: 8:30am - 5pm
* Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a HVAC Project Manager , you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HVAC mechanical projects. This includes developing system specifications and drawings, handling technical submissions and RFIs, placing supplier orders, coordinating site works and subcontractor management, and tracking contract costs from start to completion. You will oversee labour and material expenditure while managing P&L and preparing monthly payment applications.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

* Proven experience in the design and build Mechanical HVAC systems industry.
* HND, HNC or degree in HVAC Mechanical Building Services (or equivalent).

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

* Experience or understanding of AutoCAD and Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.
* Mechanical engineering background.

Additional Information

* Mechanical engineering background desirable.
