EYFS Phase Teacher - Lovely Nottingham School

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Phase Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Nottingham from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with potential for TLR opportunities for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: EYFS Phase Teacher
Location: Nottingham
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)
As our EYFS Teacher, you will:
- Lead high-quality, play-based provision that supports all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
- Observe, assess and plan effectively to secure progress against early learning goals.
- Foster strong communication, language development and early social skills.
- Build positive partnerships with families and early years practitioners.
- Create an inclusive, safe and stimulating learning environment.
- (If applicable) Lead aspects of the EYFS curriculum as part of a TLR.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent EYFS-qualified status where applicable.
- Have strong experience in early years practice and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Are skilled at assessing and planning play-led learning and early interventions.
- Communicate well with children, parents and colleagues.
- Are reflective, creative and committed to inclusion.
- Are open to leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
