As a Customer Service Advisor – Finance (FCR Agent) – up to 12-month FTC, you’ll assist over 1,500 optical, audiology, Home Visit and NewMedica business areas across the UK, ROI and the Netherlands. Our team processes around 5,000 finance queries per month from our stores, suppliers and internal colleagues. You’ll dive into a variety of tasks, from taking incoming calls and logging queries for investigation to handling a daily allocation of new emails and portal queries, all while keeping your portfolio of active queries on track.

Collaboration is key in this role as you build relationships within the Finance Customer Response team and beyond, ensuring you deliver excellent service standards throughout. You’ll follow the correct escalation routes for more complex queries and provide timely solutions, always adhering to policies and procedures.

Your impact will extend beyond the day‑to‑day as you contribute to ad‑hoc projects and support continuous improvement, helping to shape our team’s annual plan.

You’ll bring customer service experience and gain invaluable exposure across various departments, developing your knowledge of all aspects of Finance.
