Our Teaching Assistants/TA play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or permanent basis. The role of a Teaching Assistant/TA doesn t include planning and preparation, however strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.

The successful Teaching Assistants/TA will have:

• CACHE LEVEL 2/3 OR 6 months experience in the UK
• Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
• Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
• Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
