  • Build, assemble, and iterate prototypes to support product development and validation.
Testing and validation
  • Lead NPI testing activities, proposing and executing test strategies for new hardware solutions.
  • Create clear test plans and detailed technical specifications.
  • Manage and perform in-house testing to validate performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Coordinate third-party testing with external suppliers, including environmental, EMC, shock, and vibration testing.
  • Evaluate new components and suppliers to support reliable, scalable production.
Technical documentation and compliance
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals and assembly guides.

  • Support and lead certification activities for electronics used in industrial environments.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a hardware, electronics, or industrial product development environment.
  • Strong practical engineering skills with proven hands-on technical experience.
  • Background in electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A methodical, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Experience working with engineering standards and certification requirements.
  • A collaborative mindset, able to communicate effectively with engineering colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop a deep understanding of products and systems.
  • Experience using ARENA or a similar PLM system.
