• Maintain accurate records of completed work and resources.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during all operations.

You

To be successful in the role of Facilities Engineer, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• A valid UK driving licence.
