Day Nursery Manager
Bonus scheme available up to £5,000 annually An established and well regarded early years provider is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead one of their high quality settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong early years leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and supporting a team to provide the best possible start for children. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the nursery including staff leadership, quality of care and education, safeguarding, and ensuring the setting operates in line with Ofsted and EYFS requirements. Key responsibilities Managing the day to day running of the nursery
Leading and supporting a team of early years practitioners
Maintaining high standards of care, learning and development
Ensuring full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
Building strong relationships with parents and families
Supporting occupancy growth and maintaining excellent reputation within the local community Requirements Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
Strong leadership and team management skills
Passion for high quality childcare and early education What is on offer Salary between £33,000 and £40,000 depending on experience
Performance related bonus scheme up to £5,000 per year
