More about your role
As a Services Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of supported housing developments, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and managed in line with policies and procedures. You'll carry out regular health and safety checks, support tenancy compliance, maintain accurate records, and act as the main point of contact for customers. You'll help coordinate communal facilities, report and resolve issues promptly, and manage basic financial tasks such as collecting payments. You'll also support engagement activities that promote community use of the development and help deliver a responsive, customer-focused service to our older adults. You will be responsible for delivering positive activities and events for families and young people across our services in Nottingham.

You're organised, approachable, and confident managing varied tasks independently. With strong communication and customer service skills, you take a proactive approach to problem-solving and enjoy working with people. You have a solid understanding of health and safety in the workplace, are comfortable using digital systems, and can manage records with accuracy. You're committed to delivering high-quality housing and property services, ensuring customers feel safe, supported, and well-informed in their homes.
