As a Brand Protection and Legal Assistant, you will assist in protecting Games Workshop from risk by implementing thorough checks and ensuring intellectual property rights are recorded. You'll do this by following standard operating processes to register intellectual property rights and completing trademark name checks so that our customers can continue to enjoy our products for years to come.

You'll need a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality in Global Trademark Clearance as you conduct high level conflict searches across multiples databases.

We're looking for someone confident in their ability to work independently whilst adhering to established standards and procedures to deliver exceptional results every time.

This is a varied role, and you'll develop knowledge across multiple jurisdictions as you register creative works with various intellectual property offices and support registrations for new territories.

If you have experience working in a legal support role with knowledge of brand protection and can proactively monitor changes in IP law and want to work in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
