Full Time | Monday – Friday | Office Based Eaton Syalon are partnering exclusively with a professional services business to recruit an experienced Administrator to support a busy and collaborative office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, organisation and being a key support to technical and professional teams. The office is easily accessible via public transport from Nottingham city centre. You need to be available immediately or should be on short notice. Key responsibilities include: * Providing day-to-day administrative support * Preparing and formatting documents and spreadsheets * Managing calls, emails and enquiries * Coordinating meetings, diaries and appointments * Maintaining accurate digital and physical records * Supporting internal processes and onboarding administration About you: * Previous experience in an office-based administration role * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook * Professional communicator and team player To apply or find out more, contact the Professional Services team at Eaton Syalon directly
