We're currently partnering with a leading infrastructure and construction organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for an exciting opportunity based in Nottingham.

📍 Location: Nottingham (Hybrid working)
💼 Role Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Manage contract administration, risk management, and commercial negotiations
🔹 Ensure commercial compliance across contracts to protect the organisation's position
🔹 Liaise with system subcontractors and advise on contractual matters
🔹 Support the Commercial Manager with subcontract status reporting
🔹 Assist with pricing variations and cost control across project scopes
🔹 Prepare monthly financial reports and anticipated Final Accounts
🔹 Support procurement, tendering, contract administration, and subcontract lifecycle management
🔹 Contribute to monthly project cost and progress reports

What We're Looking For

🎓 BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
📑 Experience with NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4 - Option C)
🤝 Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
📊 Excellent organisation, time management, and problem-solving ability
💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
