Quantity Surveyor
Preparing and issuing subcontract documentation
Cost planning and budget management
Managing subcontractor payments, valuations, and variations
Monitoring project costs and reporting to senior management
Supporting with monthly CVRs and financial reporting
Managing risk and ensuring contractual compliance
Contributing to final account negotiationsEducation, Skills and Experience: Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in BSc Quantity Surveying & Construction Management Proven experience working for a main contractor (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT and/or NEC).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Commercially aware with strong analytical capability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial management software
