Operations Manager
Registered Children’s Home Manager
Location: Nottingham AreaSalary: £40,000 – £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience and registration status)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent We are recruiting for a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a new 2-bed EBD children’s home in the Nottingham area. The property is secured and the service is preparing to open. This is an opportunity to build and shape a compliant, child-centred home from the outset. Candidate Profile Experienced Registered Manager
- Proven Ofsted track record (Good or above preferred)
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Experience managing an Ofsted-regulated children’s home
Senior Support Worker Ready to Step Up
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in children’s residential care
- At least 2 years at Senior level
- Meets the 2-in-5 rule
- Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (completed, working towards, or willing to undertake)
- Strong knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
- Confident engaging with Ofsted and external professionals
- Experience leading teams and managing shift responsibility
- Sound safeguarding judgement and decision-making
