Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 (DoE) + car allowance + comprehensive benefits package

The Opportunity..

An established and well-respected main contractor within the building sector is looking to appoint a Planner or Senior Planner to join their Midlands team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role across both tender and live projects, working on a diverse portfolio including commercial, education, healthcare, rand mixed-use developments up to £30m in value.

The role will suit an experienced Planner ready to step up, or an established Senior Planner looking to work within a forward-thinking contractor.

About You..

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner within a UK main contractor (building sector).

• Strong knowledge and experience with Asta PowerProject.

• Experience working on both tender-stage and live construction programmes.

• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies and logistics.

• Strong communication skills and confidence working with operational teams and clients.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• A relevant construction or engineering qualification would be advantageous.
